Pariani’s hazelnut oil is made with one of the world’s finest varieties of hazelnut – Piemonte IGP. The hazelnuts grow in the field of Langhe, a hilly area in northwest Italy. The nuts have been cold pressed without chemical additives, then filtered, producing an intense flavour.
This finishing oil is a fantastic partner for lentil dishes, goat’s cheese and red meat. We also love pairing the hazelnut oil with roasted squash salads, or drizzling over pumpkin ravioli.
