Use the sakura dinner plate to serve a classic Japanese curry or chicken katsu curry. The duck-egg blue plate is decorated with a pattern of sakura blossoms. Also use the sakura dinner plate to serve yakisoba – fried noodle dishes – or even okonomiyaki – Japanese ‘pancakes’ with vegetables and thinly sliced pork.
