The glass gravy separator is an elegant solution to keeping unwanted fat separate from the gravy for your Sunday roast. The separator jug is made from heat resistant glass that can cope with sudden temperature changes up to a difference of 140°C – so you can pour hot gravy straight into the jug without worrying about breakages. Then wait a few minutes, and watch as the gravy separates with the fat on top. Some fat may appear at the very top of the liquid in the spout – gently pour this off first and you’re ready to serve!
